Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds After 7 Days:
    You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • We do not accept returns on underwear, sale items, or custom-made/personalized products.

  • How to Request a Return:

    • Include your order number and reason for the return.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.


2. Shipping Information

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Netherlands & Belgium: €4.95

    • Europe (outside NL/BE): €9.95

    • Outside Europe: €14.95

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Netherlands & Belgium: 2–5 business days

    • Europe: 5–10 business days

    • Outside Europe: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or customs processing, which are beyond our control.


3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes depending on the destination country's laws.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s sole responsibility.

  • We do not reimburse or cover any import-related fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To file a claim, email us at info@ryce.store with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of:

    • The damage or issue

    • The item and packaging

    • The shipping label

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Claims made after the 7-day window cannot be processed.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Correct Address:
    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Unclaimed or Refused Packages:
    If a package is refused or not collected from a pickup point and is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
